• Worldwide Medical Assistance Cover
If you think that your circumstances might require additional medical assistance, you can select one of the following two options for Assistance Cover:
• Evacuation: If the treatment you need is not available locally, you can be evacuated to the nearest suitable medical centre by land or by medically equipped aircraft, ensuring you get the treatment you need.
• Repatriation: Our highest level of Assistance cover gives you the choice of returning to your home country, to be treated in familiar surroundings, near your friends and relatives (if treatment is not available locally).
• Value added services from MEDMARK Health & Life
• Membership services: Professionally trained and continually coached team aiming at answering all your requests whilst treating you with respect, compassion and understanding every time you contact them.
• Brokerage services: A specially trained sales team committed to help you choose the best healthcare plan to meet your needs.
• Medical services: The medical services team is dedicated to providing you with general healthcare advice, information about local medical facilities, medical referrals and travel advice. They will help you locate the closest suitable hospital and even make appointments for your treatment on your behalf – so you can focus on getting better.
